The standout feature: you can create a roundtrip based on time — how long you want to ride, not just distance – with any route mode. Maybe you have 3 hours to ride; simply base your route on that time, and Stegra builds the perfect loop.

And of course, Stegra supports roundtrips in all modes — Adventure (gravel & unpaved), Curvy, Fast, MTB, and Walk — with full editing flexibility.

Create multiple roundtrips in the area where you want to ride — this gives you several alternatives to choose from. When navigating with the Stegra app, you can simply ride onto another route as it appears, and the navigation switches seamlessly when you enter the new route.

How to build a Roundtrip

1. Open Stegra Studio 2.0.
2. Choose Create new Roundtrip and select mode (Adventure, Curvy, MTB, Walk, etc.).
3. Decide direction: clockwise or counterclockwise.
4. Set heading: Set your heading freely with the 360 degree heading scale
5. Pick planning basis: Time or Distance.
6. Click Create Roundtrip & fine-tune with route points and segments, or re-generate a new one

Pro tip: If you know a scenic area, create a regular route there and then spawn one or more Roundtrips from it.

Creative ideas & pro tips

• Figure-eight routes: Make one roundtrip clockwise in one direction, then a second connected one in the other direction counterclockwise. Ride with the Stegra-app and guidance will start when you enter the route line and will switch to the other route seamlessly
• Mixed-surface adventure: Use Adventure mode one a couple of segment, and curvy for the others.
• Time-boxed rides: Tell Stegra how much time you have (e.g. 4 hours), let it plan your route.
